Important Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access and use of the website, products, and services ("Services") provided by Shivaura Cosmetics, a personal care brand based in Valsad, Gujarat, India ("Company"). By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Working Hours

Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. We are closed on weekends, public holidays, and festive days as per the Government of India.

Orders & Payments

• Orders are accepted exclusively through our website www.shivauracosmetics.com. We do not process orders via social media or any other digital channels.
• All prices are inclusive of taxes.
• We accept multiple modes of payment: Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), UPI, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery.
• For bank transfers, a secure payment link can be shared on request.
• We are not liable for payment failures due to internet or gateway issues. However, we will assist in resolving such cases wherever possible.
• Any card-related disputes should be taken up with the customer's bank, although we’re happy to help from our end.

Offers, Discounts & Sales

• Shivaura reserves the right to run promotional sales, modify or terminate them without prior notice.
• Only one coupon code can be used per order. Offers cannot be clubbed.
• During BOGO (Buy One Get One) offers, at least two items must be added to the cart. The item with the lower MRP will be free.
• Any system glitch during promotional periods will be handled at the sole discretion of the company.

Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are shipped within 5–7 business days, but delivery timelines may vary due to location, courier delays, or high order volumes during sales.
• We ship through reputed logistics partners such as Delhivery, FedEx, India Post, or others, depending on your location.
• We do not guarantee a fixed delivery time.
• Tracking details will be shared via the registered email ID. Customers are advised to monitor the shipment using the tracking link.
• If an order is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal, it can be reshipped against additional courier charges.
• For delivery customizations or specific instructions, customers should contact the logistics partner directly.

Cancellation / Modification of Orders

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. As such, orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation will not be possible.

• There are no cancellation fees, but a standard deduction of ₹80 (to cover shipping/handling charges) will be applied.
• Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed in the form of store credit, which will be issued within 48 hours from the time of cancellation.
• Please note: Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or changed, including product selections, shipping address, or payment method.

No Returns / No Exchange Policy

At Shivaura Cosmetics, we maintain a strict No Return – No Exchange policy for all products, under any circumstance. We request our customers to carefully review product details and ingredients before making a purchase.

• Shivaura Cosmetics is not liable for damage or loss during shipment. Customers are encouraged to directly raise concerns with the delivery partner.
• In the rare case of receiving a damaged or incorrect product, please email clear images of the package and product to [email protected]. Our team will investigate the issue in coordination with the courier partner.
• We maintain video records of all orders during packaging, allowing us to verify whether damage occurred during shipment. Customers are required to provide sufficient photographic evidence to support claims.
• Products purchased under promotions, discounts, or as part of Sale Events are final sale items. These are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and not eligible for return or replacement.
• By purchasing sale items, customers agree to the no-return, no-exchange clause, which overrides any general return policy mentioned elsewhere.

Product Disclaimer

• Our products are made with organically derived, non-toxic ingredients. Due to their natural composition, they may react differently in varying climates—this is completely normal.
• A 24-hour patch test is recommended before using any new product. In case of irritation, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.

• Customers with known sensitivities should review the full ingredient list available on our product pages before purchasing.
